Mr. Willhoit is Sr. Vice President for project design, site development and vertical construction for Estrella Associates, Inc. Mr. Willhoit has over fifteen years of experience managing real estate development and construction projects, and holds two California Contractor's Licenses; General Engineering and General Building. Mr. Willhoit is the Immediate Past President of the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast, and sits on their Government Affairs and Political Action Committees. Mr. Willhoit served as Board member of SLO Green Build for four years, an organization that promotes sustainable building and education throughout the county.

 David (Dave) Anderson and his wife Carol moved to Paso Robles from Chicago Il., where they had been life-long residents, in May of 2015. Dave's working career spanned 39 years in public service, including 25 years with the Chicago Board of Education, 12 years with the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), and 2 years with the Chicago Department of Housing. While at CHA, Dave worked in both the Finance and Operations Divisions, finishing his career as the Manager of Technical Services. Following his retirement from public service, Dave co-formed Enlightened Energy Consultants and serves as its President. His company's focus is bringing energy and water efficiency to public housing clients throughout the US by utilizing efficiency incentives offered through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Dave is a member of the Rotary in Paso Robles. Dave and Carol have three children, two of which live in the Los Angeles area. Dave has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University and an MBA from Kennedy-Western University.

Ms. Espinoza is a Sales Associate for Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate. Ms. Espinoza served on Paso Robles Board of Realtors Design Committee, and is the current secretary for the Hispanic Business Association. Ms. Espinoza has lived in Paso Robles for twenty six years and enjoys taking an active role in the community. Previously, Ms. Espinoza worked for the Paso Robles Unified School District, where she continues to volunteer her time helping students at Georgia Brown Elementary School with testing, and the Paso Robles High School athletic programs with transportation and fundraisers. Ms. Espinoza also volunteers her time participating in the PRHA YouthWorks program.

Mr. Hockett joined the Paso Robles Housing Authority Board in March of 2016. Mr. Hockett has lived on the Central Coast for over 35 years and in Paso Robles for 26 years. He is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he earned a BA in Liberal Studies and an MA in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction. Mr. Hockett recently retired from Paso Robles Unified School District after more than 30 years as an administrator and educator. Mr. Hocketts 30 years of experience and service to the families of Paso Robles are a valuable asset to the Paso Robles Housing Authority.

Mr. Tracey Hockett

Mr. Ovitt was elected to the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors from 1998-2009, additionally, he owned and operated the Tenth Street Cafe in San Miguel from 2001-2008. Mr. Ovitt served as a Paso Robles Councilmember from 1982-1998, and was appointed to the City Planning Commission from 1979-1982. Mr. Ovitt served our country in The United States Navy from 1966-1972. Mr Ovitt has an extensive​ background in budgeting, finance, capital improvements and employee relations. Mr. Ovitt is also involved in numerous community activities including; Paso Robles Rotary, Boy Scouts of America, SLO Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation, Economic Vitality Committee, Children-At-Risk Task Force, and The Community Health Centers Foundation.

 Earl Ward is a 2 year resident of the Chet Dotter Senior Apartment Community managed by the Paso Robles Housing Authority. Earl has a background in construction work.
